Report: Master Appointment

The Master Appointment Report is a list of appointments, with options to limit the report at the top and a total of appointments at the bottom. If you open the Master Appointment Report from the welcome menu, it shows all schedules, all staff and resources, all clients, and all types of appointments for the current day.

In other areas, the Master Appointment Report is limited automatically to the data you are looking for. For example, if you click a client's "No-Shows" link in Client & Record Management, you will see that client's no-shows over the past year.

You can use any combination of the limits at the top to see different lists, such as by choosing to see one client's canceled appointments for the past month.

You or your staff might find it convenient to click to open the Master Appointment Report using the white icon at the top left of your schedule to see today's appointments on that schedule.
