While many of our screen shots, such as the one below showing all the possible administrative colors, show the green checkmark indicating that the time clock is enabled, you might or might not have the time clock enabled on your own site. Many of our customers do not need to use the time clock, and that is not a problem. Appointments that remain on the schedule--are not canceled or marked as no-shows--are counted as having happened during the time slot reserved.

Some centers need students and/or tutors to clock in for slightly different types of records, such as to keep track of when each student arrived for a workshop, record whether students arrived exactly on time, and track tutors' time. The time clock also includes an option to list clocked-in names in a "waiting room" list at the top of the schedule.
